Storage

• Fixed an issue where the storage account connection strings would sometimes resolve to the wrong endpoint
• Storage accounts linked to a key vault will now populate their connection string in the key vault automatically

App Service

• Apps linked to a key vault will now populate their default host key in the key vault automatically

CLI

• Transpile command will use bicep transpilation by default
• Removed --bicep flag from transpile command
• Removed --outfile flag from transpile command
